What does this mean to you? The veritable proprietor of your vast company? Well, as of October 2009 it means that Google can find your website through the RSS feeds you have streaming news. It also means you do not have to enter a sitemap to Google to make your website discoverable.

<p>Your local or <a id="288" href="http://www.orderstorm.com/SEO/seo_rank_traffic_service.htm">Denver SEO</a> Company can help you set up a series of RSS feeds to improve your SEO.</td></tr><tr><td class="header3"><a name="2Google and Real-Time Search Results"></a>Google and Real-Time Search Results</td></tr><tr><td class="article">
Google approaching real-time results? <p>

A simple statement for an infinitely confusing subject. Understanding the algorithm Google uses to spider search results for their website would be about as easy as understanding how the body processes glucose..if you were a biologist.
<p>
Fortunately, it carries certain meaning that may be important for current or potential business owners and it affects any relationship you have with your <a id="288" href="http://www.orderstorm.com/SEO/seo_rank_traffic_service.htm">SEO Company</a>. Real-time results means the most current information, news or what-not that your site produces will be pulled to Google. Now, I know I'm not the only one who gets aggravated when they try to search for a specific something only to stumble upon results that are 3 months old, 8 months old or even several years old. This advancement would also provide a further business use for such internet programs as Twitter or Facebook.

<p><img src="images/denver-seo-company-1.jpg" title="Denver SEO Company Image" alt="Denver SEO Company Image">
</td></tr><tr><td class="header3"><a name="3The Woes of Duplicate Content, SEO and Search Engines"></a>The Woes of Duplicate Content, SEO and Search Engines</td></tr><tr><td class="article"><img src="images/denver-seo-local-company4.jpg" title="The Content Creators Thought Process for SEO" alt="Denver SEO Local Company Image"><p>

Every search engine out there loves to get their grubby little hands on original content, which is their prerogative because they provide relevant, unique results to their customers. Another factor involved is that if these search engines lacked the ability to tell between (and eliminate) duplicate content, every time a user put in a keyword they'd be barraged by hundreds or thousands of redundant results. This clogs up the search engine and basically makes them useless to the consumer. Imagine living in a world where you had no search engine because it never provided the results you needed.<p>

So foresight kicked in a long time ago and the people who designed these search engines decided they need to give the engine a way to ferret out and destroy duplicate content. Usually, they'll count the first few web pages with original content, and everything afterward will get dumped. This means that if your website contains content that's spread out amongst the information super-highway, you will have tremendous difficulty getting a referral from a search engine, which could mean lot if you looking into upping your SEO traffic.
 <p>
<h3>Who is the Culprit behind this Duplicate Content Conspiracy - </h3>

The bandits behind the duplicate content malarkey are usually franchise owners, affiliates, branch offices, e-commerce, and small businesses that have put down the cash on fast-food websites from a company within their genre of business.<p>

If you managed to wrangle yourself into a situation like this with your own site, you probably had no idea your content was duped. Unfortunately, search engines don't like people taking shortcuts and your SEO will suffer greatly. To appease the wrath of the search engine gods you need to come up with original material that is completely un-recycled.<p>

<h3>What Goes on Behind the Scenes?</h3>
 Search can engines can pretty picky when it comes to sniffing out duped content, and there's no way around that. <p>

Having a hierarchy (the look and feel of your site) that is identical or even half-identical to anything out there, will give you away. They can also smell content that's similar or even paraphrased from the original content so no half baked content writing or your SEO will end up in shambles.<p>

When this tragedy occurs, they'll usually recognize the first few websites with the duped material and then ignore all the other results. These results are completely obliterated from being returned to your search results.<p>

<h3>Duped Content and Google's Page Rank System - </h3>

Google is a powerhouse, squeezing about 66% of all search traffic into itself. It also ranks webpages on a typical scale of 1 to 10 with ten being obviously the higest. The more your site edges to that 10th rank, the more likely you'll appear at the top of the search engine results. Unfortunately, duped content sites carry a resounding "0" for their rank making it pretty impossible for them to benefit from any kind of SEO.<p>

The only thing these dupe sites can do is to pay for the clicks they sorely need through Google. Of course, pay-per-click can pay off sometimes in the long run, and this all depends on your business genre, the biggest complaint is that the second you stop paying for these "clicks," the hits to your site fade away.<p>

<h3>So, what's the solution?</h3>

So, if your site contains tidbits of duped material then your options can vary dependent upon how much duped material has been strewn about the confines of your html coding.<p>

If you just have a small amount i.e. a few pages or perhaps several product descriptions, take some time to re-write what they wrote in your own words. Then it'll have that original edge to it.<p>

If other sites have garnered information from your web pages, then you need to put a halt on that as the pages that were cloned may have become permanently rotten to the search engine gods.<p>

If a sizeable piece of your website came with stock content you chose, you may have to consider starting from the basics for a new one. Five to ten pages of original material can do more than you think in the long-run.<p>

<h3>Does Your Site have a Purpose?</h3>

Too many people invest little time in actually making their websites mean something. You have to sit down with yourself and ask yourself several questions to determine what you want from your website or what you want to show to your potential customers. <p>

If putting up the site felt like a necessity, but you didn't feel that time was necessary for making it unique and a stand-alone amongst the mass of other business owners, then you could be missing out on the potential the internet has for your business whether it's the SEO, e-commerce or SaaS.<p>

Need to find out more about this supposed "potential," check out this <a id="288" href="http://www.orderstorm.com/SEO/seo_rank_traffic_service.htm">local SEO company in Denver.</a>
</td></tr><tr><td class="header3"><a name="4Dexknows.com Results for Denver SEO Companies"></a>Dexknows.com Results for Denver SEO Companies</td></tr><tr><td class="article">Dexknows.com returned 30 results when we tried to search for "search engine optimization" in the Denver area. Dexknows.com has always carried a familiar clean feeling. No, I'm not talking about that "clean" feeling, but the clean feel of the site itself. It's very uncluttered and that stands out amongst the immense amount of information sites there are out there.<p>

The search results are much better than the yahoo yellopwages, but not as thorough as the yellowpages.com when searching for a <a id="288" href="http://www.orderstorm.com/SEO/seo_rank_traffic_service.htm">Denver SEO</a> Company. Although second best in our search for SEO in Denver, Dexknows.com still has some perks to it.
<p>
One includes the "what" field auto-filling itself based on your input. This cuts down on the amount of time you need to search for something.
<p>
Also, Dexknows.com contains no ads. No. Ads. Ever. It's amazing because it adds to the visual clarity of the site. It's never bogged down with rotating ads for weight loss or muscle building.
<p>

The google maps posted on the right side is also a nice perk as well as the ability to send the information directly to your phone.

<p><img src="images/denver-seo-local-company1.jpg" title="Denver SEO Companies Image" alt="Denver SEO Company Image"></td></tr><tr><td class="header3"><a name="5Yellowpages.com Results for Denver SEO Companies"></a>Yellowpages.com Results for Denver SEO Companies</td></tr><tr><td class="article">The search for a <a id="288" href="http://www.orderstorm.com/SEO/seo_rank_traffic_service.htm">Denver SEO</a> Company at Yellowpages.com was a little more enjoyable than the search on Yahoo Yellow Pages. Of course, Yellowpages.com is ripe with features that can make it easier for you to not only find a business, but connect to them.
<p>
My total search results were 37 businesses, which overshadows the result I received from Yahoo. Unfortunately, it seems that Yellowpages.com carries the same big issues as Yahoo when it comes to sponsored Denver SEO businesses. The majority of them are not even located in Denver, yet they claim to serve that area.
<p><img src="images/denver-seo-local-company3.jpg" title="SEO Company Image" alt="SEO Company Image">
<p>Yellowpages.com also employs ads that seem to get in the way of the experience and litter the right side of the website.

<p>It seems though, that the site carries a fair share of perks. You can have the information for a specific listing sent to your cellphone or have Yellowpages.com will call the business for you and re-direct the call to your cellphone. You can also review a business and get your opinion on their service heard by everyone.</td></tr><tr><td class="header3"><a name="6Yahoo Yellow Pages Results for Denver SEO Companies"></a>Yahoo Yellow Pages Results for Denver SEO Companies</td></tr><tr><td class="article">Yahoo yellow pages is a great resource of finding any business, whether it be something common like a dentist in denver or something confusing like a " <a id="288" href="http://www.orderstorm.com/SEO/seo_rank_traffic_service.htm">Denver SEO</a> Company."
<p>
In my experience with yahoo yellow pages, the interface was easy to navigate around. You input your search terms and "wham," you have your results pretty quickly. It has it's fair share of faults, but let's face it, what web program doesn't?
<p>
One thing in particular I noticed was that the state and city are not available at the get-go. You have to specify the type of business your searching for beforehand. Personally, I enjoy being able to put all my informatio in once and not having to go through several pages. Fortunately, this transition is made easier because Yahoo saves your location through a cookie.
<p>Another somewhat irritating aspect of yahoo yellow pages is the sponsored business links that show up with the search results. Sometimes the companies listed are not even located in Denver or where ever you're searching for SEO services. There are also ads to contend with, but they are only found near the bottom of the page so they don't get in the way of your attempts to research a Denver SEO company.
<p>
While searching we found about 6 results for "search engine optimization" (it doesn't seem to recognize SEO as a search term). The problem here is there are not too many companies who just offer SEO, usually they offer multiple services on top of SEO.
